My Brainrot requires access to your device photo library to create brainrot videos from your existing videos. Your videos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the app. This includes information such as app opens, video views, feature usage, and general interaction patterns. This data is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you personally.
We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create an anonymous user profile. This allows us to provide app functionality without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information. No email, name, or other identifying information is collected.
We may collect general device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.

My Brainrot displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized ads based on your interests. This may include device identifiers, usage data, and other information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or by purchasing the ad removal option within the app.
When you make a purchase to remove ads, the transaction is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple handles all payment processing according to their privacy policy.
Your app data including bookmarks, liked videos, created brainrots, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymous, aggregated data with service providers such as Firebase and AdMob to operate and improve the app.

My Brainrot is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
You can delete all your local app data at any time through the app settings by selecting "Remove My Data." This will clear all bookmarks, liked videos, created brainrots, and reset your preferences. To delete your anonymous Firebase user data, you can also use this feature which will remove your anonymous profile from our analytics.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since we only collect anonymous data and do not collect personally identifiable information, most CCPA provisions regarding access, deletion, and disclosure of personal information do not apply to the data we collect.
If you are accessing My Brainrot from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
